LORENZO VITRIFIED TILES PRIVATE LIMITED is a Company established on 31st October, 2006 under the Companies Act, 1956 having Registered Office and factory and corporate offices at 8-A, National Highway, Opposite Omkar Petroleum, PB No. 411, Lalpar, Morbi â€“ 363 642 (Gujarat). The company is engaged in the manufacture mainly of vitrified tiles. The products find applications in Residential buildings, flats and commercial complexes, Airports, IT Parks, Hotels, Restaurants, and Hospitals and all other commercial & Housing constructions and renovation of existing structures, etc. The products of the company, being classified as one of the building materials, are thus directly and indirectly connected with the infrastructure and construction sectors which are among the top priority sectors in our country. The company is into manufacturing for about ten years in ceramic industry and thus have accumulated rich knowledge and experiences in ceramic tiles segments.
Production Capacity and Products
The company has installed capacity of production of 25,000 Sqm of tiles per day and catering its products to all over India. Presently about 50% of the installed capacity is being utilized and therefore the remaining productive capacity can be utilized to further supply vitrified tiles as per customer specification, both domestic supplies and overseas supplies. The company has presently the best available technology, modern and up to date manufacturing facilities and infrastructure facilities in tandem with the productive capacities of the company. The companyâ€™s customer profile includes renowned companies such as H & R Johnson (India) and Simpolo Vitrified Pvt. Ltd., etc.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the company presently comprises three directors as given below:
1) Shri Mansukhlal Polabhai Koradiya, Director
Shri. Mansukhlal Polabhai Koradiya, 50 years, a resident Indian national, is a Promoter of our Company. He is a Graduate. He possesses about 25 years rich experience in the Ceramic Industry in wall, floor and vitrified tiles segments. He is associated with the company since the inception of the company in 2006. He also possesses about ten yearsâ€™ experience in the Paper Mill Industry. In his capacity as Director and a very key person to the company, he looks after overall sales & marketing, finance, production, raw material procurement and human resources aspects of the company.
2) Shri. Vasantbhai Haribhai Gajera, Director,
Shri. Vasantbhai Haribhai Gajera, 57 years, a resident Indian national, is a Director of the Company. He studied up to SSC. He possesses about 8 yearsâ€™ rich experience in the ceramic industry and about 30 yearsâ€™ experience in the Building and Diamond & Jewelry Industrial Segment / Companies. He looks after the human resources and administrative functions including inbound and outbound logistics aspects pertaining to the company.
3) Shri. Swintu Arvindbhai Mavani, Director,
Shri Swintu Arvindbhai Mavani, 32 years, a resident Indian national, is a Director of the Company since year 2006. He is Graduate. He possesses about six yearsâ€™ experience in ceramic industry and also eight years in diamond and building industrial segments / businesses. He is involved with the company on sales and marketing activities.

The company has a reputation of having a fiercely talented, performance oriented employees with highest levels of integrity and professionalism. It is the mainstay of all its endeavors and the cornerstone of its corporate culture. Excellent teamwork & effective co-ordination among the various agencies involved give an edge over our competitors. Extensive planning using the latest management techniques enables us to exercise direct monitoring and control over our operations & schedules.
Marketing Set up
The company has well established marketing set up all over India. The company caters to construction industry, wholesalers and dealers located in different parts of the country by established marketing and distribution network. The company also makes direct sales to ultimate consumers / customers. With a network of Company depots, C & F Agents, Distributors, Dealers and Sub-Dealers spanned all over the country, the company possesses strong distribution channel so as to provide its customers with superior quality products and services coupled with prompt delivery and responses, both domestic and international customers. The company sells its brand product under the brand name â€œLorenzoâ€ which has wider acceptance all over India and overseas.
Presently, the Ceramic Tiles Industry constitutes the size of Rs 12000 Cr. The company enjoys raw materials proximity, advantage of infrastructure facilities and manpower requirements, since it is located in the ceramic hub of Morbi. On the back ground of robust growth in construction, infrastructure and housing segments, the companyâ€™s outlook to double its sales growth and turn over appears to be excellent.
The future plans of the company includes achieving a sales turnover of Rs 9856.65 Lacs by year end 2018. The company has presently about 160 employees in its roll. The company employs mainly Italian Technology backed by SACMI group for manufacturing of its products. In order to achieve the above turn over, the company has plans to further increase its production capacity, upgrade technology, establish more reliable marketing setting up, increasing authorized dealership and customer base, tapping the hitherto untapped rural markets, to invest in innovative product concept and design development for launching new products, developing and improving the infrastructure facilities and network of its marketing, sales distribution and sales network, to improve and build up the brand image of the companyâ€™s products, to increase and strengthen it sales force, and to make the quality management system upgrading to ISO 9001-2015, etc.
The company also proposes to import ceramic tiles from overseas towards taking advantage of the global market trend, in the periods ahead.

The company has implemented a Management System complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 for manufacturing and supply of ceramic tiles. The companyâ€™s quality policy sticks to deliver right products and excellent services to its esteemed customers at right time. Keeping this in view, the company cultivated an environment in which the quality and customer consciousness of all the employees and departments is continually improved with due customer focus and endeavors to exceed customer expectations and satisfactions. Thus the companyâ€™s untiring commitment to quality is fully reflected.
