LORENZO VITRIFIED TILES PRIVATE LIMITED was founded on October 31, 2006, in accordance with the Companies Act of 1956. Its registered office is located at 8-A, National Highway, opposite Omkar Petroleum, PB No. 411, Lalpar, Morbi, 363642 (Gujarat), as are its factory and corporate offices. The primary product that the company manufactures is vitrified tile. Applications for the products include residential buildings, apartments and business complexes, airports, IT parks, hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, as well as all other commercial and housing developments and structure renovations. The company's products are categorized as building materials, meaning they have a direct or indirect relationship with the infrastructure and construction industries, two of our nation's highest priority sectors. The company has been manufacturing ceramic tiles for approximately ten years, during which time it has amassed extensive knowledge and experience in various ceramic tile markets.

Production Capacity and Products

The company can produce 25,000 square meters of tiles a day with its installed capacity, and it supplies all of India. Currently, about half of the installed capacity is being used. This means that the productive capacity that is still available can be used to continue supplying vitrified tiles as per customer specifications from both domestic and foreign sources. The company currently possesses the best technology available, along with cutting edge manufacturing and infrastructure facilities that match the company's productivity levels. Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the company presently comprises three directors as given below:

1) Shri Mansukhlal Polabhai Koradiya, Director

Our company's promoter is 50-year-old Indian national Shri Mansukhlal Polabhai Koradiya. He holds a degree. He has approximately twenty-five years of extensive experience in the wall, floor, and vitrified tile segments of the ceramic industry. He has been a part of the business since its founding in 2006. Additionally, he has roughly ten years of experience working in the paper mill industry. As a Director, he oversees all aspects of the company's sales and marketing, finance, production, procurement of raw materials, and human resources. He is a vital member of the team.


2) Shri. Vasantbhai Haribhai Gajera, Director,

A resident Indian national, Shri. Vasantbhai Haribhai Gajera is 57 years old and serves as a director of the company. His studies ended at SSC. He has approximately eight years of rich experience in the ceramics industry and approximately thirty years of experience in the building and diamond and jewelry industries. He oversees the company's administrative and human resources duties, as well as the logistics of incoming and outgoing cargo.


3) Shri. Swintu Arvindbhai Mavani, Director,

Since 2006, the 32-year-old Indian national, Shri Swintu Arvindbhai Mavani, has served as a director of the company. He holds a graduate degree. He has eight years of experience in the diamond and building industries, in addition to roughly six years in the ceramics industry. He participates in sales and marketing initiatives for the business.

The company sells its brand product under the brand name Lorenzo which has wider acceptance all over India and Worldwide.

The ceramic tile industry currently has a value of Rs 12000 Cr. The company's location in Morbi's ceramic hub provides advantages in terms of infrastructure, manpower requirements, and raw material proximity. The company has a good chance of tripling its sales growth and turnover given the strong growth in the housing, infrastructure, and construction segments.


Future Plans

The company intends to reach a sales turnover of Rs 9856.65 Lacs by the end of 2018. There are currently 160 people working for the company. The SACMI group supports the company's use of Italian technology in the production of its goods. To reach the aforementioned turnover, the company intends to enhance its production capacity, modernize its technology, build a more dependable marketing setup, expand its authorized dealership and customer base, reach previously unexplored rural markets, invest in the development of innovative product concepts and design development for the launch of new products, develop and improve the infrastructure facilities and network of its marketing, sales distribution, and sales network, enhance and fortify its sales force, and upgrade the quality management system to ISO 9001-2015, among other things.
The business also suggests importing ceramic tiles from other countries in order to benefit from the future trend in the global market.
